Private Lessons & Group Classes
Piano + Violin + Voice + Guitar Lessons
We value our approach to teaching music in a tailored way to help each student perform their instrument well.
Whether you're a beginner or an already advanced musician with experience of your own, we have classes or private lessons suited exactly to your needs.
With instructors who specialize in teaching littles (as young as Pre-K age!) to instructors who have Masters degrees in performing music and everything in between, we have what you need to become the musician you want to be.
- We currently offer private piano + voice + guitar lessons for students of all ages and all musical backgrounds -- beginner to advanced. Contact us to meet one of our teachers and schedule your lesson time!
- Our Pre-K Music Discovery Class is the perfect way to introduce tiny students to music: we learn rhythm patterns, gain finger independence, sing songs, and learn the basic piano fundamentals so that after just 27 weeks they are ready to begin private piano or violin lessons with success. Music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness: intellectual, social and emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy. Exposing children to music during early development helps them learn sounds and meanings of words.

Recitals & Studio Events
Here at The Piano Studio, we believe that the most effective way to learn music is to share music. Recitals provide students with the opportunity to work on more challenging pieces in contrast to their everyday assignments, and as a result, students learn to polish their pieces and reach the point of internalization of the music.
We provide multiple opportunities for our students each semester to perform for their family, friends, and the public community through our annual Winter Recital, Piano-a-Thon participation at Akron Children's Hospital, and various other events throughout the year.
We also participate in The National Federation of Music Clubs Festivals, an event that is designed to give Junior and Adult member musicians of all abilities the opportunity to perform and receive a yearly evaluation in a non-competitive environment.
